FLAG OFF OF BOROKIRI ROADS

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike says he will reconstruct all neglected and abandoned roads in Borokiri area of the state.
Governor Wike also stated that the move is to restore Port Harcourt to its original garden city status as the Golden Jubilee celebration of the state approaches.
He made the statement at the flag off of reconstruction and rehabilitation of Port Harcourt Township roads in Port Harcourt City Local Government Area, while describing his administration as one that always keeps to promise.
Governor Wike thanked the people of Borokiri for supporting his administration and urged them to extend same to the contractors handling the project in order to complete the project in record time.
 Reports said that roads to be reconstructed include Captain Amangala, Bishop Johnson, Creek road, Bonny Street, Tourist Beach, Adaka Boro, Bishop Fubara, expansion of Rumuola and Birabi roads in GRA.
