Alysha Zambra
A toddler was stabbed with a needle filled with heroin after sitting down on the back seat of a bus.
Alysha Zambra, aged three, was rushed to hospital and now faces a nervous wait for blood test results after the horrific incident.

The youngster got on a bus with her mother in Dublin and sat down only to be stabbed by the filthy needle.
Terrified mother Stacie turned to see her child crying and blood pumping form her finger.
Speaking to the Irish Mirror last night , Stacie said she was heartbroken her little girl had to be rushed to hospital.
The family is now nervously awaiting the blood tests which will reveal whether or not the young girl contracted a disease from the needle.
Stacie said: “We always go and sit at the back. I go in the middle and the kids sit either side of me.
“I just glanced out the window and then I turned Alysha’s finger was pumping with blood and I saw the needle on the ground.
“I just started screaming for help. It must have been fate because five inspectors were at the next stop.
“The ambulance was called and everything.
“It happened on the 15 bus. We got out at Bluebell. When we came to the hospital, we nearly fainted when we were told what they were checking for.
“All I can remember is the screaming.”
