Anthony Downes had celebrated his 16th birthday just two days before heading out with pals for a night out.

Now in a desperate bid to warn others about the dangers of excessive drinking, his family is speaking about the harrowing call telling them Anthony was unresponsive.
When he failed to regain consciousness after numerous resuscitation attempts, doctors urged his parents to find out if he had consumed anything other than alcohol.
Anthony said: They needed to get fluids into his body quickly or his organs were going to start shutting down.The nurse said his body just couldnt handle those levels of alcohol which he had consumed and he was so freezing, he had hypothermia.
After an agonising few hours in A&E, Anthony finally came round to the relief of his parents who were keeping a vigil at his bedside.
In a post that has now been shared 103,000 times, she uploaded a picture of Anthony breathing through an oxygen pump and explained how she nearly lost her little brother to alcohol.
