Mum accused of trying to poison her own daughters to face trial

A mum accused of poisoning her two daughters with a strong painkiller is to face trial in December.
Rose Jones, 30, is said to given them Tramadol for seven months until June.

Jones, of Plymouth, Devon, entered no pleas to charges of intent to injure children, cruelty and attempting to pervert justice.
Jones allegedly gave them the strong painkiller between November 2014 and June 2015.
She is said to have ill-treated the children, for whom she had responsibility, in a manner likely to cause unnecessary suffering or injury to health.
Jones, appearing from custody, did not enter any pleas to a string of charges she faces.
But a judge at Plymouth Crown Court set a trial date for December 14.
Jones also faces two charges of attempting to pervert the course of justice.She allegedly wrote letters from prison to a man and a woman between July and August this year.
