Andoni Groups Pledges to Support The New Administration in the Area

Some groups in Andoni Local Government Area have pledged to support the new administration in the area.


They made the pledge after the swearing in ceremony of the members of the council in Ngo, the council headquarters.

According to the secretary, Andoni Grassroots Patriotic Movement, Mr Harold Otikor, the new council chairman; Mr Kabang Ofiks and his team will bring rapid development and create an enabling environment for business to thrive in Andoni.

Also speaking , the Secretary of the Ijaw Democratic Front, Andoni Chapter, Mr Ubulom David said they were optimistic the new administration would ensure zero tolerance for insecurity to strengthen peace and improve human capital development.

In the same vein, the Acting President, National Union of Andoni Students, Mrs Edna David called on students and the people in the area to shun cult activities and support the vision of the new administration.
