Emughan Clan

Emughan Development Assembly in Abua/Odual local government area of Rivers State appreciates the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike and Member of the House of Representatives, representing Ahoada East and Abual Odual Constituency Mrs. Betty Okagwa-Apiafi for the effort they are making to restore peace in Emughan Clan.

A statement by the Chairman Emughan Development Assembly Mr. Walson Madighi appealed to  Governor Wike and Mrs. Okagwa-Apiafi to urgently address the security challenges in the seven communities that make up Emughan Clan.
It urged the State Government to site a police post, a market and a health care facility to boost healthcare and  economic activities in the area.
The statement further called on Governor Wike to extend his zero-pot-hole project to reconstruct the dilapidated NDDC Ochiba-Abua Road to ease movement in the locality.
