The State Director, National Orientation Agency, NOA, in Rivers
state, Mr. Oliver Wolugbom, has advocated a stakeholders meeting to proffer
solution to security challenges posed by cultists and other criminal elements
in the state.
Mr. Wolugbom who spoke with our Correspondent in Port Harcourt, decried the
loss of lives as a result of cult related activities in various communities in
the state.
The NOA State Director attributed increasing spate of cultism and
other criminal activities in the state to breakdown of family values and
unemployment stressing that security agencies must live up to expectations.
Mr. Wolugbom advised government at all levels to take the issue of
tackling insecurity seriously.
