Amnesty

Plans have been put in place to train more than eleven thousand ex-Niger-Delta militants in various areas of mechanized and sustainable agriculture under the Amnesty Programme of the Federal Government.


The Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Niger Delta and coordinator of the Amnesty Programme, Retired Brigadier General Paul Boro made this known while officially handing over poultry farms to ex-Agitators at Elele in Rivers State under the Amnesty Empowerment Scheme.
