RIVERS STATE GOVERNOR APPROVES ADVISORY COMMITTEE

In another development, Rivers State Governor, Nyesom  Wike has approved the constitution of the State Advisory Committee on the Prerogative of Mercy.

The committee is headed by the state Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice. Mr. Emmanuel Aguma.

Other members of the committee are:

3. Dr. Bob Yellow

4. Venerable Alex Usifo

5. Dr Mrs.  Ngozi Ordu

6. Professor  John Ikimalo

7. Honourable Glory Chukwu

8. Barrister  Alu Long-John

The state Director  of Public Prosecutions will serve as Secretary of the committee.
