Rivers State Governor Begins Inauguration Of Roads

Rivers State Governor  Nyesom Wike  has begun inauguration of road projects in the state as part of activities to mark one year in office.

Some of the roads inaugurated  on the first day of the one year anniversary included the Borokiri new road, NPA road and Njamenze/Abonnema Wharf Road.
Governor Wike who decried the attitude of companies operating at Abonnema Wharf and industry roads said tax levies would be imposed on them in order to maintain the roads.
Some residents in Borokiri said the reconstruction of these roads have caused a boom of business as customers can now access them easily.

However, new road has been renames to Doctor Abiye Sekibo Road while NPA road is now industry road.
