The
Spokesperson, Civil Liberties Organisation Rivers State, Mr. Clifford Solomon
has drawn the attention of government
and security bodies to the Emohua, Degema, Kalabari road which he said has
become a den of kidnappers.
According to Mr.
Solomon, the activity of kidnappers along that road is on a daily basis and
that recently a transporter, Mr. Meme-Inida Brown, plying the road was kidnapped
alongside other commuters.
The CLO
Spokesperson lamented that even fishermen were not spared while their female
victims were raped.
